Refund policy

Simulant Labs sells digital downloads. A licence key can't be handed back once it has been delivered, so in general all sales are final once your licence has been delivered.

If something doesn't work

If you have a problem with the software, get in touch within 14 days of your purchase. Say what system and host you are using and what goes wrong. We will try to fix it.

If it turns out to be a technical problem we can't resolve, we will consider a refund. Refunds are decided case by case.

Before you buy

Check the system requirements and the list of supported formats. Pro Tools (AAX) is not supported.

How refunds are paid

Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record. An approved refund goes back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. The licence key for a refunded purchase is deactivated.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of the place where you live.
